PRODUCTION

Technical management of events (production Management) is the full development and implementation of the technical project of the event, which may include the organisation of technical support, personnel management, coordination of technical services during the preparation and implementation of the event, the resolution of conflicts and disagreements on the ground. The event planners shall establish a Gen-Project for the event, while the technical management of the event shall assume responsibility for the implementation, verification, safe plan until and during implementation.

The technical production of the event is the implementation, delivery, scheduling and performance monitoring of physical aspects of the event, including audiovisual, lighting, décor, stage and other technical issues. Technical management focuses on the physical aspects of the event's realization. This includes the technical implementation plan, inspection, budget, risk analysis of the measure, as well as implementation thereof, during the days of construction, sale and construction of the measure.

The main task of the technical management is to establish an appropriate structure for the technical implementation of the event in order to achieve the objective of the team as a single organism (“beehive” principle). Each adds to each other and everyone is on a United team that achieves the intended goal and is responsible for the result together. All these phases are equally important, prioritised and structured in such a way that the work or direction of action of each Member of the body is important.

THE PRIMARY STAGES OF TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT WORK SHALL BE DIVIDED INTO THE FOLLOWING BASIC ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• analysis of initial studies, preliminary work, risks and necessary technical work prior to the decision to implement the measure (pre-production process);

• inspection of the location of the selected event (conformity with technical and event safety and implementation setup, dropping plan);

• drawing up, managing and implementing a precise, verified technical task;

• drawing up of the technical budget;

• forecasting technical issues and implementation difficulties at the start-up and sale stages;

• creation of technical team, recruitment of specialists;

• drawing up of technical work and time plan (assembly, marketing, dismantling);

• arrangement of structures, suppliers;

• establishment of a security system in accordance with regulatory enactments;

• control of work safety and other technical work performance, organisation, according to legislation;

• organisation of supply of technical equipment and personnel;

• co-ordination of technical issues with performers or commissioning party;

• dealing with crises or emergencies related to the security of the event or the threat to its implementation;

• control suppliers and technical services, performance and quality of their work;

• establish a logistics and supply system;

• to address other technical issues or unconsciousness during the implementation or establishment of the event, which are in contact with the responsible personnel, supplier or services;

• establish a review of the performance of finality and quality of works after the event takes place, which reflects the work of technical services and the actual implementation of the technical implementation plan.
